2016 Unity Programming Camp

 

 

 

In our Unity Programming Camp, the students were introduced to the power of this amazing game engine.  In our first day, we explored the basics of how to create scenes and objects in Unity.  We ended the day by programming a simple ball and paddle simulation with a custom texture.  In our second day, we added physics and movement to their worlds and introduced the basics of level design.  On Wednesday, we finished up our “Roll-a-ball” game and began creating and designing a virtual 3-d “island” in the Unity Terrain editor.
